PRODUCTION

How is your jewelry produced?

All of our products are hand-fabricated in our design studio in Sedona, Arizona. We use ethically produced materials made by talented artisans in Bali and India and also incorporate chain and components mostly manufactured in the USA. We believe in zero waste and strive to use recycled and biodegradable packaging. All zip lock jewelry bags are biodegradable.

SHIPPING

How long will it take for my jewelry to ship?

We are usually able ship pieces within three to five business days of your order, but orders placed with promotions like Cyber Monday may be produced within 2 weeks. If your order is time sensitive, contact us at info@sarahpauli.com or call 928-274-6980 to ensure it is made and shipped on time.

What shipping options are available?

Domestic orders are shipped with US Postal Service, and those orders over $200 qualify for free USPS service, which can take up to 5 business days to deliver. International orders can be shipped with DHL Worldwide service or USPS. International orders may incur VAT or customs fees; these are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any orders refused for lack of payment will be returned to us and refunded, less the shipping costs. For more information about your country’s policies on imports, please visit your country’s customs website.

RETURNS

What is your online return policy?

Online orders are eligible for return for a refund, if the piece is returned to us within 14 days of being delivered. Return shipping is not covered, and we cannot refund the order’s shipping payment once it goes out. We request that you reach out to us with your return request so that we can send over our return authorization information. Please note that custom order and items purchased with a discount, (including promotional sales, like Cyber Monday) are final sale and not eligible for a refund. Late returns are subject to a restocking fee. 

REPAIRS

I lost my earring. Can I order a mate?

If your earring is a design that we are still producing we would be happy to replace it for a nominal fee determined case by case. Please send your request and a photo of your earring to info@sarahpauli.com. And, if the earrings is not something we can reproduce, we’d be happy to extend a 20% gift code for purchase of new pair in a different design!

How do I get a piece repaired?

Please email us at info@sarahpauli.com with a photo of your piece and we will determine if it is repairable and what the fee will be. Then you may send us your piece to the address provided in your email correspondence.

What do I do if I have received an incorrect or damaged?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email info@sarahpauli.com with a photo of the item you received with a brief description of the issue.

DISCOUNTS

Are teachers or military service members eligible for any special discounts?

Yes! We appreciate the tremendous contribution these men and women have made to our communities and are proud to offer 15% off Sarah Pauli jewelry. Valid Military ID or Teacher’s ID is required; please submit via email at info@sarahpauli.com. This may be applied to any item that is not discounted.

Are discounted items returnable?

A discounted items is returnable within 14 days of the sale provided it is in the original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.

VARIATIONS IN THE DESIGN

Why do the stones on my piece look different than those on the website?

We appreciate the unique qualities of the materials made by nature that we use. Our stones and pearls have natural variations, textures, sizes, shapes, and colors that can differ from stone to stone or pearl to pearl. With earrings we strive to find an ideal match that creates a balanced design and due to the organic materials we use, even mates look different from each other.

E-GIFT CARDS

How can I check the balance of my e-gift card?

If a gift card is associated with a customer account, then the customer can check the

balance by using the link provided in the gift card email. For customers without

accounts, contact info@sarahpauli.com and we will send you your remaining balance.
