SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
SHIPPING
Each domestic package will be shipped via USPS, unless requested otherwise. Depending on your address, USPS can take up to 5 business day for delivery. A tracking number will be sent so you can track your delivery. For international shipments, Sarah Pauli Studio is not responsible for any duties or VAT applied to an international shipment. You agree to pay any import fees by ordering on this website.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In order to receive a full refund, the return period is 14 days from the delivery date of the package. Please email us to request a return. Please include the items for return or exchange and your contact information. Items and packaging must be returned in new, unused condition to ensure a refund. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Restrictions may apply to discounts, promotional offers, and giveaways.
REPAIRS
If you have a Sarah Pauli piece of jewelry in need of repair, please email us. You may then send your piece to us for assessment and repair. The basic repair fee is $30; however additional labor and material fees may apply. Gold, gold-filled and sterling silver snake chains will not be repaired or replaced.
A LOST EARRING?
We’d like to help. Since the pieces are handmade, we will do our best to match your existing earring. Please email us to find out if the studio is able to make a mate for your earring and what the pricing would be for this repair.
