Free Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

We’ve made finding that special gift for someone (or yourself) super easy!

*Shipping is complementary on all orders $75 or more. Each jewelry piece is handmade to order. Depending on the availability of stones, please allow for up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped; however most orders ship within 1-3 business days. During holidays, due to high order volume, your items may take longer that usual to ship.

Please inspect and report any discrepancies or damage in your received order and promptly report this within 3 days, as we will not be able to accommodate claims of missing or damaged items past this time window.

You will receive email confirmation of your order with tracking information once the order has shipped. If the item is unavailable or out of stock we notify you via e-mail and send the estimated delivery date. All orders will be shipped via UPS.

Returns and Exchanges

Return shipping (within the continental US only) and exchanges are complimentary when you use your prepaid return shipping label that will be emailed upon request for every eligible order. Unworn merchandise can be sent back to Sarah Pauli, Inc. within 15 business days of receipt of product for a full refund. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 15 business days after the receipt of the product.

To make a return or exchange please email us with your reason for the return and we will issue an RA#. Retuned packages must include: securely packaged merchandise in a corrugated box and a copy of the original invoice. Please mark the RA# on the outside of the box. Please note: RA’s are required for a return. Items must be postmarked within 5 days of issuance of the RA#.

For Holiday returns: The the holiday season, all merchandise purchased by November 15th or later can be returned for a full refund or credit of the original price paid through January 15th, as long as the merchandise qualifies for a return, per our return policy.
