Free Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
We’ve made finding that special gift for someone (or yourself) super easy!
*Shipping is complementary on all orders $75 or more within the continental United States. Each jewelry piece is handmade to order. Depending on the availability of materials, please allow for up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped; however most orders ship within 2-3 business days. During holiday your items may take longer that usual to ship, due to high order volume.
Please inspect and report any discrepancies or damage in your order and report this within 3 days, as we will not be able to honor claims of missing or damaged items past this time window.
You will receive email confirmation of your order with tracking information once the order has shipped. If the item is unavailable or out of stock we notify you via e-mail and send the estimated timeframe for delivery. All orders will be shipped via USPS.
Returns and Exchanges
Every eligible order may be returned or exchanged (within the continental US only) using complimentary shipping when you use our prepaid return shipping label that will be emailed upon request. Unworn merchandise with tags and the original packaging in tact may be sent back to Sarah Pauli, Inc. within 15 business days of receipt of product for a full refund. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 15 business days after the receipt of the product.
To initiate a return or exchange please email us with your reason for the return and we will send you an RA#. Returned packages must be securely packaged and sent box with the original tags on and packaging intact. Please include a copy of the original invoice. Please mark the RA# on the outside of the box. Please note: RA’s are required for a return. Items must be postmarked within 5 days of issuance of the RA#.
Exceptions for Holiday returns: During holiday season, all merchandise purchased between November 15th and December 25th can be returned for a full refund or credit of the original price paid through January 15th, as long as the merchandise qualifies for return, as stated in our return policy.
